To make sure that the brand is perceived positively externally, it is necessary to work on the management of internal processes and the people who are part of the enterprise. The 5 strategies you are about to read are part of our experience, gained within a Network that has more than 100 people, some of them scattered in locations in parts of Italy.Let us tell you about the <strong>5 strategies we have identified for proper people management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Create one-on-one moments with team members.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Building the team and managing it is an activity that requires <strong>patience, foresight, and empathy<\/strong>. When Larry Agency was born, we invested so much time in one-to-one meetings. These meetings are not for the purpose of activity reporting but have 3 deeper goals:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Establish a relationship of trust <\/strong>(which must be mutual) with each team member;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>send signals about one&#8217;s emotional state <\/strong>with respect to the work environment (especially if the resource places trust in the team manager);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grow professionally.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Encourages professional growth with new and different goals<\/h3>\n\n<p>Each of us has our own abilities. To talk about <strong>professional growth <\/strong>with your team is to say that everyone can become the best version of themselves. If we continue to inhabit our <strong>comfort zone<\/strong>, there can be no professional growth.<\/p>\n\n<p>Therefore, it is important for the team leader to set different goals and assign tasks that have little to do with the vertical skills of the group. However, it is the only way to establish yourself as a (good) leader.<\/p>\n\n<p>With the same truth, we empower the team to open up with us and cultivate relationships. It will be easier in the long run to keep the helm. For example, the question <em>&#8220;How are you?&#8221; <\/em>while simple is most powerful when you care about the people with whom you collaborate, and it is enough to put the team in a position to open up.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Analyze the dynamics of the team.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Especially when you are starting a company, but even afterwards in reality, <strong>team consolidation <\/strong>matters even more than achieving the budget. Building a healthy environment, understanding team dynamics by offering support and help, allows for a satisfied and performing human capital. In addition, people will feel the company as their own and become main testimonials of the company. There are basically two reasons for this: you have a kind of memorandum of the topics discussed at the meetings; the documents we produce help us not to waste time at the next meeting.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What are the two main mistakes in the people management process<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n<p>The first mistake is<strong> not cadencing the meetings<\/strong>. The second is to think that people can self-manage without guidance and clear task assignments, especially at an early stage.
