The challenge

To create a renewed and consolidated identity for the association from its beating heart: people.

Giving structure to the team to enable smoother management of internal processes and information.

Design effective and distinctive Brand Communication to generate new perceptions in the public and strengthen the Brand by enhancing all the association’s activities.
And that’s just the beginning: the project is being developed over 3 years of operational and management activities.

The solution

How to achieve greater team strength, with the goal of improving Brand efficiency?
Rely on a Temporary Management path.
Not just organization and task management, but a springboard to achieve greater awareness of the individual, useful for the growth of the entire team.

Training workshops

Organizing training workshops at the beginning of the course allowed the various teams to be oriented to discover new organizational processes by providing concrete support.

Designing style and tone of voice

The brand identity, which we designed and defined with customized elements, aims to make the brand recognizable and bring out the strong personality.
The tone of voice becomes more “friendly” and less institutional.
We want people to approach scientific issues with curiosity and sensitivity.
