Creating the Brand Identity for Taranto Port Days 2023
National event of the Port of Taranto, sponsored by the European Commission.
What we accomplished:

An immersive exhibition with original illustrations and texts

The challenge
Much more than creating the Brand Identity of an event. To change the perceptions of Taranto citizens towards the Port, a place still little known but with unexplored potential, through the construction of a strong and recognizable brand of the Taranto Port Days event, dedicated to the sea resource and sustainable development.


The solution
After an in-depth analysis and submitting a questionnaire to a selected sample of people, together with Toast Studio we came up with the project “Port Tales”, a photo exhibition that allowed the Port to come out of the Harbor and embrace the city.
The heart of the city “invaded” with images and words to bring citizens closer with their eyes and awareness to a more tangible “New” reality.
The three-day event featured a succession of concerts, institutional speeches and workshops to raise awareness of entering and experiencing the Port as a gathering place.
In addition, to make the experience in the Port even more exciting, we designed and organized an immersive exhibition with original illustrations and texts to represent the stories of people and places at sea.
It was a unique opportunity because the citizen, wearing wireless headphones, was able to walk through illustrations and invented stories while listening to the piece composed by Alberto Dati about the sounds and noises of the Port.
